About Event
The VALE Symposium brings together youth workers, practitioners, partner organisations, and invited guests in Hamburg on 5th December 2026 to think out loud about what value-driven leadership looks like when half of our work happens online. Keynotes, peer-led workshops, and collaborative dialogue, in a single carefully crafted day dedicated to the theme of "Hybrid Leadership".
