REX Session 3: Intermediate Excel Modelling

​REX Session 3 builds on the skills developed in the Beginner and Intermediate Excel Modelling sessions and is designed for students looking to further advance their real estate financial modelling skills.

​The session will focus on more advanced modelling techniques and their application to real estate investment analysis. Students will work through practical examples that bring together the concepts covered throughout the REX program and develop a stronger understanding of how financial models can be used to support real estate investment decisions.

​This session is intended for students who have completed the previous REX sessions or have a strong foundation in Excel and real estate financial modelling.

​The session is part of the Westman Centre for Real Estate Studies' Excel Real Estate Financial Modelling program, which provides students with practical, industry-ready modelling skills through a combination of online learning and in-person instruction.
