​Jessica is the Founder & CEO of Soulcast Media, a global communication training company. Clients include Chanel, Mattel, and S&P Global, among many others. Prior to Soulcast Media, she was an award-winning journalist and has been featured in Forbes, Fortune, and Entrepreneur Magazine.

​She is currently a leadership instructor at Columbia University and the host of iHeartMedia’s podcast, “Leading by Example: Executives Making an Impact.”
