Commodities Under Pressure in Partnership with S-RM
Geopolitical disruption rarely stops at the border. Export controls, sanctions, political intervention and operational disruption can quickly become contractual disputes, contested investments and commercial conflict.
In partnership with S-RM, a global intelligence and risk consultancy, CMAG will convene a closed-door discussion for senior leaders across mining, commodities, finance, legal and investment.
Against a more fragmented geopolitical landscape, the session will examine how businesses anticipate, manage and resolve disputes in complex markets — from deteriorating government and counterparty relationships to arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution. The discussion will also explore the role of intelligence, investigations and evidence in protecting commercial positions, informing resolution strategies and strengthening decision-making when investments and interests are contested.
