About Lauren
Lauren is a mother of two, Matrescence guide, and Mysha’s COO. After the birth of her second child, she became a certified Mama Rising™ facilitator to support mothers through the profound shifts that take place in the early years of new motherhood. Lauren blends her operational, systems-loving mindset with feminine wisdom and divine space holding to guide mothers on their journey to do things differently through 1:1 support, digital resources, community gatherings, corporate workshops, and writing.
After the birth of her first child, Lauren found herself lost in the overwhelm of new motherhood while simultaneously in awe of the expansion and beauty of it all.
