Intellecuals: The Great Divide
Strong Opinions. Open Minds.
Everyone has an opinion. Here's a room where sharing yours might lead to your next great connection.
Join us at Fabrik Tribeca for the first edition of Intellectuals, an interactive social experience that brings people together through conversation, friendly disagreements, and a little healthy controversy.
Hosted by Sanjay Singh (Nukhu) and Charles Bullard (Crafting Soulful Stories), Intellectuals brings together curious people from different backgrounds, professions, communities, and walks of life.
The concept is simple: Pick a side. Defend your opinion. Get to know the people who think differently.
Throughout the evening, we'll introduce a series of questions covering everything from food, fashion, travel, and relationships to culture, technology, ambition, and human nature.
The room will divide based on where everyone stands. You'll have a few minutes to discuss your position with your side before representatives make their case to the room.
You might discover unexpected allies, disagree with someone you just met, change your mind, or convince a room full of strangers to see things your way.
This isn't a formal debate club, a lecture, or a competition to determine who's the smartest person in the room. No preparation or public speaking experience is necessary. Just bring your genuine opinions, an open mind, and a willingness to meet new people.
