About Event

Join Lightning AI and the NYU Global AI Frontier Lab for a conversation and community gathering in downtown Brooklyn.

Following the lab’s inaugural advisory council meeting, the event will feature a short welcome, a fireside chat, and a networking happy hour bringing together researchers, students, and practitioners from across the NYC AI ecosystem.

The conversation will explore how modern AI systems are being built, optimized, and deployed in practice—from infrastructure and performance tradeoffs to the realities shaping research and industry today.
