Optimizing your taxes through real estate ownership

​A couple of years ago, after exiting their businesses and looking to optimize their taxes, 2 PEFrs partnered with a specialty tax business. The specialty is cost segregation, which is an IRS-approved strategy for using real estate to reduce taxable income.

In this session for PEF, we will walk you through our framework for various tax optimization strategies and, in particular, how to do this with real estate ownership. This will apply to those who pay taxes in America. The session will be led by the Founder/CEO of the business, who spent 15 years at KPMG doing this strategy.
