​Lunar New Year Flow & Sound Bath

​Join us for an evening merging intentional movement through an open-level Vinyasa flow class, breathwork, meditation, and a sound bath as we celebrate and explore the symbolism and significance of the new moon in Aquarius along with the Year of the Fire Horse!

​All beings and all levels are welcome. Limited mats available - bring your own mat suggested.

​Led by Yoga & somatics teacher Samantha Martins in partnership with Collective High and Trends Dispensary.

​In celebration of the Chinese Lunar New Year of the Fire Horse and the kick-off to Mardi Gras, coinciding with the New Moon Eclipse in Aquarius (we know… it’s a lot!), we are providing complimentary delicious non-infused treats for attendees. Authentic King Cake all the way from Gambino’s bakery in Nola (iykyk!) and tasty dumplings from Yumpling in LIC will be available for guests to nibble, along with refreshments from our sponsored brands.

​About Your Teacher

​Samantha Martins (she/her/ella) is a Queer Afro-Latina interdisciplinary wellness practitioner, writer, plant medicine educator, and artist from Lenapehoking. With nearly 2 decades of experience studying, practicing, and teaching Yoga and the healing arts, her work is centered around decolonizing and sharing the wisdom of Yoga,  somatics, plant medicine, and destigmatizing mental health issues. She aims to educate, elevate, and empower people by integrating and sharing the tools of holistic practices, plant medicine, self-inquiry, and the arts for optimal mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
