We'll start with a brief discussion of the history and benefits of plant medicine and Yoga followed by a slow flow integrating breathwork, movement, meditation, and a sound bath to ease you into relaxation. Leave feeling grounded and refreshed for the rest of your day. All levels and all bodies are welcome!

Samantha Martins is a Queer Afro-Latina Yoga teacher, writer, speaker, and plant medicine educator. With over a decade of experience studying, practicing, and teaching Yoga and mindfulness, her work is centered around decolonizing and sharing the wisdom of this practice and destigmatizing mental health issues and plant medicine.
