Come join me for an intimate night of connecting with oneself and participating in an ancestral writing practice, to write a love letter to beloved or to a part of nature that has existed for millennia (the decision is yours), and ending off with a sound healing session to ground ourselves in that loving energy you have written. Optional shareout at the end, and blankets provided.
NOTAFLOF, 100% of proceeds goes towards a free People’s Retreat I am co-hosting in the Spring to cover accessibility tech costs and childcare for participants.

Pine Knoll Park:
We will have blankets and candles set up at 1850 Lakeshore Avenue which is also referred to as Pine Knoll Park. You will see us set up through the entrance a couple feet beyond the Alex Zavell Memorial Bench. Materials for the ancestral writing will be provided, but please feel free to dress in layers (option to bring blanket) for the sound healing portion.
