Women's CoWork Tuesdays
A weekly gathering for women to work alongside each other, share what they're building, and hold each other accountable—all while honoring the natural rhythms of our bodies and the energy of the day.
Day passes are 20 EUR. Register here or free if you're a Clubhouse member. Either way, please register here so we know you're coming.
Every Tuesday, we come together at The Clubhouse to do real work, have honest conversations, and show up consistently for our projects and for each other.
This is not a networking event. It is a room full of women who are building, experimenting, and figuring things out, and who find it easier to do that together. We recognize that true productivity isn't about pushing through at all costs. Instead, we embrace a different approach by aligning our work with the Ayurvedic solar clock and our own menstrual cycles (our inner seasons).
Whether you are in your inner spring ready to initiate new projects, your inner summer eager to connect and collaborate, your inner autumn needing to tie up loose ends while navigating that "slogging through mud" feeling, or your inner winter requiring deep rest and reflection, you will find the space and support you need here.
WHAT TO EXPECT
9.30 AM: Arrival, coffee or tea, and settling in (Kapha Time)
We begin our day during the grounding Kapha time. This is an ideal period for steady, foundational tasks and settling into our space with intention.
10.00 AM: Introductions and intention setting
Share what you're working on, where you want to get to by the end of the day, and where you could use support. We invite you to share where you are in your cycle so we can hold space for exactly how you need to show up today. If you need quiet focus, a sounding board, or just a little extra grace because you are feeling exhausted or self-critical, this is the time to ask for it.
10.30 AM: Deep work begins (Pitta Time)
As we transition into Pitta time, the fiery, sharp energy of the day is at its peak. This is the perfect window for your most demanding tasks—strategic thinking, complex problem-solving, and deep, focused execution.
1.00 PM: Lunch break
Bring your own or grab something nearby. Nourishing ourselves well is crucial during this peak digestive time.
2.00 PM: Collaborative Work and Circle Support (Vata Time)
The afternoon belongs to a different kind of energy. In the old ways, women did not work in isolation. They gathered — the herbalist who knew which roots to pull, the midwife who had seen it all before, the elder who held the thread when the younger ones lost it. They worked alongside each other, and in doing so, they worked for each other.
This is that time.
The Vata afternoon is naturally creative, connective, and expansive — ideal for collaboration, brainstorming, and the kind of thinking that flows more easily when you are not alone with it. From 2.00 PM, the room shifts. Alongside individual work, we open a voluntary circle for those who need it: a space to ask for a second pair of eyes, to think out loud, to offer your skills to a sister who is stuck, or simply to sit close to others when your own energy is low.
If you are in your inner autumn or inner winter — perhaps exhausted, self-critical, or finding it hard to access your usual drive — this is where you come. You do not have to perform productivity. You can receive. Others in their inner summer or inner spring will often have more than enough energy and ideas to share, and there is a deep satisfaction in that exchange. This is not mentoring or networking. It is something older than both. It is women who know things, helping women who need things, and trusting that the roles will reverse in time.
Those who prefer to continue in focused solo work are equally welcome to do so. The afternoon holds space for both.
5 PM: Group wrap-up - Share your wins, what moved, and what you're carrying into the rest of the week.
What you’ll get out of it:
A day of real focus, without distractions, aligned with your natural energy
Clarity on your priorities for the week ahead
Accountability from people who actually care if you follow through
A supportive environment that honors your cyclical nature, whether you need community connection or personal space
Conversations that go beyond surface-level networking
A chance to meet collaborators, friends, and future supporters
