Scale-up Talent & Culture Breakfast

​We're creating a space for People, TA and Culture professionals from scale-ups (roughly 75-200 people) to actually meet each other, share what's working and what isn't, and find a bit of external peer support. Just a good conversation over breakfast with a relevant group of people.

​Being part of a scale-up often is exciting and challenging at the same time. Hiring, performance, retention, culture, all while everything around you is changing fast. And in a small team, you're often the only one in your discipline. That means limited peer-sparring, a lot of figuring things out on your own, and not always someone to sense-check with.

​AI tools help, but talking to someone who's lives the same stuff and gets it, is better 😁

​We're getting to that time of year where most of us are reflecting on what worked, what didn't, and starting to think ahead to 2027. Planning and strategy mode is kicking in, and this feels like exactly the right moment to connect.

​The morning looks like this:

​08:30 — Walk-in, coffee & breakfast and welcome
09:15 — Sharing learnings from the field (Relinde & Sascha, Polarsteps)
09:30 — 11.00 Round-table conversations in small groups of 5

​We'll ask everyone for topic input beforehand so the conversations feel relevant to all. Current themes include reflecting on 2026, 2027 challenges ahead, and AI in People & Talent, but we'll shape it around what the group actually wants to talk about.
