Do you set healthy boundaries, or do you give in?

Do you want to learn about boundaries and consent in a supportive space?

“Boundless Boundaries” is a workshop designed to empower and equip you to explore the themes of boundaries, consent, and communication.

Through a combination of teaching, partnered and group exercises, interactive sharing, and personal reflection, this workshop explores how to set and enforce healthy boundaries and how they relate to relationships, wholeness, and empowerment.

- The difference between a need, a want, and a desire
- What gets in the way of speaking our boundaries
- Tools that help to set boundaries with ourselves and others
- How emotional intelligence relates to setting boundaries

- Exploration of consent, boundaries, and frameworks
- Partnered or group exercises & sharing
- Guided space to inquire about and explore boundaries
- Learn practices and tools to integrate your experience
- Consent is the default, and everything is optional

This workshop is for anyone who is interested in personal growth, cultivating emotional intelligence, and building deeper connections with themselves and others. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your presence, a curious mind, and an open heart.
