💫 About the Event
What if the answers you’ve been searching for aren’t outside of you—but waiting beneath the noise?
Inspired by Christina’s recent travels through Japan and her experience meditating with a monk, The Awakened Soul is an intimate, in-person meditation experience centred around presence, purpose, and inner peace.
This evening is an invitation to step away from the constant doing and gently explore some of the questions we often lose touch with in the busyness of everyday life:
Who am I? What do I truly want? What is my purpose?
Through the intentional use of meditation, mantra, and sound, Christina will guide you inward, creating space to soften your thoughts, release stress, and reconnect with your own sense of clarity.
This isn't about having all the answers. It's about creating enough quiet to hear yourself again.
🌸 What to Expect
Guided Meditation – Settle into a guided practice designed to help you move out of the noise of everyday life and into greater presence.
Mantra + Sound – Explore mantra and sound as vibrational practices for focusing your attention and deepening your meditation.
Reflection + Self-Inquiry – Create space for the bigger questions around identity, purpose, desire, and how you want to move through your life.
Grounding + Connection – Slow down alongside a small community of people who are also exploring a more intentional way of being.
Space to Simply Be – For one hour, there is nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to accomplish.
🧘 What Meditation Can Support
A regular meditation practice may support:
Reduced stress and anxiety
Greater calm and emotional regulation
Improved focus and clarity
Deeper self-awareness and mind-body connection
Less overthinking and greater presence
Creativity, intuition, and personal insight
🧺 What to Bring
Comfortable clothing – Layers are encouraged so you can adjust throughout the practice.
Something to get cozy – Bring a yoga mat, meditation cushion, or blanket if you have one. Some props will also be available at Hearth.
Journal + pen – Optional, but you may want them nearby for reflection or anything that comes up during your practice.
🫂 Who It’s For
The Awakened Soul is for anyone craving an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore meditation beyond simply “trying to relax.”
Whether you’re completely new to meditation or already have an established practice, you’re welcome.
No previous meditation experience is required. All levels are welcome.
