​This season, we gather around the table to celebrate the vibrant character of winter vegetables. The menu highlights the colours, freshness, and quiet beauty of cold-weather produce, bringing attention to heroes such as Indian gooseberry, purple yam, hearty greens, and other seasonal treasures. Expect a meal that embraces comfort, depth, and a touch of playfulness, inspired by the warmth of home kitchens during winter.

​🍽️ What is Indique?

​Indique is a ticketed supper club that sits somewhere between a restaurant and a dinner party with friends. Each gathering features a one-time menu shaped by a theme, a season, or a memory. When the edition ends, the dishes retire too, creating a dining experience that lives only once.

​500 kr per seat via SWISH to 0763253049 (Prachi) with your name. If your plans change, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please inform me so seating can be arranged. Cancellations are not possible for this event.

​Prachi is a Data Scientist by day and a passionate cook at heart. She creates intimate gatherings where food becomes the centre of connection. Drawing from the flavours of South Asian kitchens and the seasonal ingredients of Sweden, she builds menus that follow a theme, a memory, or a seasonal mood. Through Indique, she shares her love for thoughtful cooking, storytelling, and community.
