This special edition of Midtown Mambo is designed for singles in their 20s and 30s looking to meet new people in a setting that feels energetic, social, and actually conducive to conversation.
The evening begins with a beginner-friendly Salsa On2 lesson, making it easy to break the ice and get everyone moving — no partner or experience required.
Throughout the night, guests will also participate in Matchbox, a modern matchmaking experience designed to spark more meaningful connections. At the start of the event, attendees complete a short questionnaire, and potential matches are thoughtfully paired using Matchbox’s compatibility algorithm.
Following the lesson, enjoy social dancing, cocktails, and a lively atmosphere built for meeting new people naturally both on and off the dance floor.

This event is highly intentional and the matching will proceed on schedule. Please be on time.
7:00pm—guests arrive, grab drinks, and fill out questionnaire
8:00pm—doors close, the lesson begins, and The Algorithm begins computing matches
8:30pm—guests are split into groups containing their matches and learn partnerwork, rotating partners
9:00pm—matches are revealed and learn a new move together
9:30pm—DJ, cocktails, & open floor for dancing
2:00am—event concludes
