​On Monday, March 23rd, we welcome Chief Mapu Huni Kuin to :gather for a powerful live performance and immersive musical journey.

​Mapu Huni Kuin is an esteemed leader of the Huni Kuin people of the Brazilian Amazon and a globally recognized musician whose work bridges ancestral wisdom with contemporary sound. He gained international acclaim through his collaboration on the Grammy-nominated album The Future is Ancestral, produced by Brazilian artist Alok.

​Through music, movement, and storytelling, Mapu shares a message of Alegria - joy, connection, and healing - while championing Indigenous leadership and rainforest protection.

​This special evening will feature live music with Mapu and accompanying musicians, blending Indigenous chants, guitar, percussion, and contemporary soundscapes into a deeply moving experience.

​Expect an atmosphere that builds from grounded presence into celebration.
