About Event

The Summit: Seats at Every Table

Join us for The Summit on Saturday, October 24 in downtown Seattle. A half-day gathering for Latina leaders, entrepreneurs, and intrapreneurs from across Washington State to talk candidly about stepping into our economic power.

This year's theme: Seats at Every Table: Latinas in the Boardroom, in Venture, and in Corporate. Latinas are the fastest-growing group of entrepreneurs in the country, and Latinas dominate the influencer landscape where they guide choices in beauty, retail, food, and beyond. The Summit is about recognizing the economic power and influence we already hold and stepping fully into it, while holding the door open for the next Latina behind us.

Through a candid panel discussion, structured roundtable reflection, and a networking reception, the day will prompt you to consider:

  • Where do you already hold economic power and influence, and how fully are you owning and using it?

  • What does stepping into that power look like, day to day?

  • Who are you holding the door open for? What can you do right after this event?

The day moves from welcome → dialogue → reflection → connection. You'll leave with sharper clarity on the power and influence you already hold, and a stronger network of women building theirs alongside you.

It will be a great event with Latina executives and entrepreneurs from around the state and it will end with a network reception.

The deadline to RSVP is Monday, October 12th.
