[Pre-DevFest] A Day With the Kids
We spend the vast majority of our time staring at screens, arguing about tech stacks, and trying to optimize things that probably don't need optimizing. For this pre-event, we are completely unplugging to do something that actually matters.
This Children's Day, we are stepping out of the tech bubble and spending an afternoon at a local children’s home.
There are no laptops, no networking agendas - nothing. We’re just showing up to spend time with the kids, play some games, and give back to the city that hosts us. If you want to take a break from the grind and use your weekend for something genuinely impactful, we’d love to have you with us.
What to Expect
Disconnecting: We’re leaving the tech personas at the door. This is about real human interaction.
Hanging Out: We’ll be organizing games, activities, and just spending quality time with the kids.
Strict Privacy: To protect the kids' privacy, this is a strictly no-photography event. We aren't doing this for social media clout.
