About Event

This Event is for Practicing Therapists Only!

Running a therapy practice can be deeply rewarding—and also incredibly difficult when executive functioning is a moving target. Many therapists are compassionate, insightful, and highly attuned in the therapy room, while privately struggling with the invisible demands outside of it: documentation, emails, scheduling, task initiation, follow-through, time management, motivation, and the constant pressure to “keep up.”

This community gathering is a supportive and honest space for therapists to talk openly about what it’s like to manage a practice while navigating ADHD, burnout, chronic stress, neurodivergence, overwhelm, or other executive functioning challenges. Together, we’ll explore both the practical realities and emotional weight that can come with this experience, while sharing compassionate, realistic ways of working that honor non-linear brains.

This event may resonate with therapists who:

• Feel competent, connected, and grounded in session, but struggle with admin tasks, organization, consistency, or follow-through outside the therapy hour

• Recognize patterns of hyperfocus, urgency, procrastination, avoidance, motivation swings, or exhaustion in how they run their practice

• Carry shame, self-doubt, or quiet fears about productivity, professionalism, or “falling behind”

• Have spent years trying systems, planners, routines, or advice that never quite seemed to fit

• Want practical tools, shared understanding, and honest conversation—not pressure to simply “try harder”

• Are interested in building supports, structures, and workflows that work with their brain instead of against it

This gathering is not about fixing yourself, becoming perfectly organized, or forcing yourself into rigid productivity systems. It’s about reducing shame, naming experiences many therapists quietly carry, and creating space for more sustainable, compassionate ways of working.

You do not need a diagnosis, a label, or a perfectly functioning practice to belong here.

This free workshop will be facilitated by MHM therapist Jessica Eiseman, MS, LPC-S, a therapist, speaker, educator, and clinical supervisor with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Jessica is the founder of Mental Vitamins™, a platform focused on honest, accessible conversations, trainings, workshops, supervision, and resources about mental health, burnout, neurodivergence, relationships, and sustainable ways of living and working.

In addition to providing therapy and clinical supervision, Jessica regularly facilitates workshops and trainings for therapists, helping professionals, and community organizations on topics including ADHD in women and girls, secondary trauma, relational-cultural approaches to healing, supervision, burnout, and mental wellness. She is also a TEDx speaker whose work centers on authenticity, connection, and navigating transformation in the unknown.

Known for her honest, engaging, and deeply relatable teaching style, Jessica creates workshops that are equal parts practical, validating, and genuinely human. Participants often describe her trainings as “game-changing,” “refreshingly real,” and “the kind that actually stays with you.”

Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience, Jessica speaks openly about the realities of executive dysfunction, perfectionism, burnout, and the pressure of trying to “hold it all together” while running a practice and caring for others. Her workshops blend warmth, humor, vulnerability, and actionable tools that attendees can begin using immediately. Above all, her goal is to help people feel less alone, less ashamed, and more supported in building systems that work with their brains instead of against them.
