​Get ready to warm-up and stretch your muscles with beginner-friendly Vinyasa Flow Yoga session. We'll be incorporating some soothing aromatherapy to enhance your senses and deepen your relaxation.

​​​Yoga mats will be provided, and we'll take our practice outdoors to soak up the fresh air and natural "warm studio"! BRING WATER!!!
