Your ticket registration will be approved, ONLY if we see your transaction on Razorpay.
All refund requests must be submitted to Speed Dial Club within 2 days of the event's completion. Any requests received after this period - whether for denied entry or other reasons - will not be processed unless the event was officially cancelled. In such cases, customers will need to directly contact the venue or event organiser for any further assistance regarding refunds.
Additionally, Speed Dial Club shall not be held liable or responsible for any violation of intellectual property rights that may arise out of any Artist performance at the event.
This ticket is issued by LUMA solely as a ticketing and entry facilitation service provider. LUMA does not organize, host, or manage this event. All event execution, including safety, security, medical arrangements, and compliance, is the sole responsibility of the event organizer and venue.
Entry to this event is at the attendee’s own risk. The holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, including but not limited to injury, illness, or unforeseen incidents. Speed Dial Club shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death occurring at the event.
The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Attendees are solely responsible for their conduct, including consumption of alcohol or any substances. Speed Dial Club shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such actions.
All safety measures, security checks, and medical facilities at the event are managed by the event organizer and venue. Speed Dial Club does not provide or control such arrangements.
Admission to the event is subject to the policies and discretion of the event organizer and venue. LUMA is not responsible for entry decisions, crowd control, or capacity management.
Tickets are non-cancelable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
Guestlist may shut earlier than the mentioned time once it is full.
21+ Government Issued Identification is needed for entry (physical ID of driver's license or Aadhar Card).
Entry must be no later than the time on your ticket.
Vaccination certificate maybe required for entry.
Customers may be subject to a search and temperature check on arrival.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry in accordance with licensing law.
Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
Internet handling fee per ticket maybe levied. Please check the total amount.

No refund/replacement on a purchased ticket. Tickets you purchase are for personal use. You must not transfer (or seek to transfer) the tickets in breach of the applicable terms. A breach of this condition will entitle us to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability.
The management reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the premises.
