Cancellation, Rescheduling & No Refund Policy

Welle Within seeks to balance compassion with respect for preparation, practitioner time, and reserved space.

With at least three (3) days' notice, participants may reschedule, transfer payment to another offering, or receive an account credit or refund where appropriate. Cancellations within 72 hours are nonrefundable, but changeable. Cancellations with less than 24 hours are nonrefundable and nonchangeable. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or force majeure situations at Welle Within's discretion.

If Welle Within cancels or reschedules a Service, participants may be offered: rescheduling, transfer to another offering, account credit, or a refund at the Company's discretion.

The Landing is a gentle place to pause amidst the movement of everyday life. Together we reflect, practice, listen, and reconnect through seasonal themes, guided experiences, conversation, and shared presence.
