​What is learning impact for employees and organisations?

​How do we go from a classroom session or online module to individual development and/or organisational results?

​What learning methodologies and mechanisms can be used to build skills? And how do you contribute to this impact?

We will run a collaborative session to explore these questions.
We will build a 'Fresk' in cross-functional groups of 5-6 people, and use this to discuss what Impact means for us and how we can measure & track it.

Join if you are curious to co-create an impact framework and keen to bring it to life for yourself and others

You will leave with a good understanding of how learning drives behaviour change, and how this is linked to individual & organisation results. You will also get ideas on more structured measurement of impact. There will be space to reflect how your role contributes to impact, and you'll get inspired by others' reflections and points of view.

Bo is a passionate and data-driven learning leader. She has 10 years of experience in a variety of companies and sectors: from operational improvement projects in factories and hospitals to helping scale HelloFresh across 4 countries. Now she leads the way in scaling impactful digital education start-ups. She developed the corporate portfolio and set up impact measurement at Growth Tribe. Currently she is Impact Lead at Lepaya, setting up and driving the impact strategy.
