Welcome to the MassChallenge Switzerland & UK Bootcamp! Get ready to dive into an intensive program designed to accelerate your startup to the next level. Join us at our offices in Renens for a week of workshops, mentorship sessions, and networking opportunities with industry experts, corporate partners, and fellow entrepreneurs.

Week 1 Bootcamp AGENDA
Day ONE, Tuesday 30th of June:
You are very welcome to join us from breakfast, but NO ACTIVITY IS PLANNED IN THE MORNING.
Starting at noon, throughout the day, you will be introduced to the programme by Managing Director Matt, hear an inspiring keynote from an entrepreneur, the Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIR) will introduce themsleves and support you during the bootcamp journey. The day will also include mentor introductions, a practical workshop on how to deliver an effective 30-second pitch, and a warm-up session for mentor matching. The day will end sharing food and drinks altogether.

Day TWO, Wednesday 1st of July:
Day 2 brings the Swiss and UK cohorts together for a full and energising day. Mandatory for all, it kicks off with a Breakfast Pitch Club and moves through onboarding sessions, a network lunch with MassChallenge partners, a partner expo, startup pitches, and mentor matching. A packed day designed to immerse you in the ecosystem and set you up for success!

Day THREE, Thursday 2nd of July:
Day 3 is mandatory for the whole Swiss cohort and is all about finding your voice on stage. Start the morning with Breakfast Pitch Club before diving into pitch theory with Matt, followed by hands-on delivery practice with a standup comic, and a workshop with experts. Round out the afternoon with a lecture from one of our EIRs, then close the day the Swiss way, with a BBQ for the Startup party night from 5pm.

Day FOUR, Friday 3rd July:
Day 4 kicks of with Breakfast Pitch Club and is mandatory for the Swiss cohort and shifts the focus to the essentials of building a sustainable business. Three dedicated Service Partner sessions cover the critical pillars of Legal, Accounting, and IP, followed by a Fundraising deep-dive with Investors and CVCs on how to secure investment in today's environment.
