The Monday Connection @ Aria
You know how conference parties go. You arrive, find the one person you already know, and stand with them for three hours.
This one is built differently.
The Monday Connection is a scavenger hunt where the items are people: 100 firm owners, operators, and a small number of the people who support both, gathered in a suite by Anchor, BDO Alliance and Cloud Accountant Staffing.
We choose everyone in the room, and before you walk in, we've already worked out who you should meet.
How the night works
Your name tag has a color. Your color is a small group of people wrestling with something similar to what you're wrestling with right now. Ten minutes into the night, we make sure you find each other.
Then the hunt is on. You get a passport. Fill it with eight people: three from your color, five from other colors. Each entry takes a name, a way to reach them, and one thing you learned from them. That last part is the point. This is a scavenger hunt you can't rush.
Finish your passport and drop the stub in the box. Tuesday morning we draw three winners at the Anchor booth. And you keep the passport. It's your new contact list from the night.
