If the minimum number is not reached, the event will be cancelled and all payments will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
All ticket purchasers are requested to carefully read the following terms. Purchasing a ticket shall be deemed as your implicit consent to all contents, so as to avoid subsequent disputes:
Once tickets are sold, no refunds will be provided. Ticket purchasers may transfer the tickets to others on their own. Such transfer must be notified to the organizer via email 3 working days in advance, stating the information of the transferor and transferee for identity verification at check‑in. No additional handling fee will be charged.
The platform fee (included in the ticket price, covering costs such as ticketing platform operation and order processing) is non‑refundable under any circumstances, regardless of whether the ticket is transferred or whether the purchaser attends the event.
Please keep your purchase proof (order screenshot, payment record, etc.) properly after purchase. Both the purchase proof and a valid personal ID document (passport, student ID, employee ID, etc.) must be presented at check‑in. Admission will be granted only after verification.
If you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, it shall be regarded as an automatic waiver of your participation qualification. The organizer shall not be liable for any compensation, nor shall it provide deferred participation in future events.
The organizer reserves the right to adjust the dinner time, venue, menu, schedule and other arrangements based on actual preparation progress. All purchasers will be notified of such adjustments via email, ticket purchase group or other channels; separate individual notices will not be issued.
Dangerous items such as flammable, explosive, toxic and hazardous materials and controlled knives are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue. Pets and large luggage are also prohibited. Please abide by on‑site order and follow the instructions of staff during the dinner.
