About Event

Grief isn't just for death. It shows up when a relationship ends, when a job disappears, when you leave behind a version of yourself you used to be. Most of us are taught to carry it quietly and move on fast. This circle is the opposite of that.

Every two weeks, we gather for one hour to make space for whatever grief you're holding, recent or old, named or hard to name. No loss is too small to bring here, and none is required to be recent.

Each session moves through a simple rhythm: we start with a short drop-in meditation to arrive in the body, move into sharing and journaling (I'll offer prompts, no pressure to speak), and close with a bit of gentle crafting to let grief be playful instead of only heavy.

This is a space to be witnessed, not fixed. To reflect. To leave a little lighter than you came.

Doors open 15 minutes before start time. Once we begin, no late entry; this protects the safety of the space for everyone already inside.

Optional to bring:

  • Comfortable clothing

  • A journal and pen

  • A water bottle

  • Any sensory supports or fidgets that help you stay grounded

  • A photo, heirloom, or small token representing whoever or whatever you're grieving, to keep near you or place on our collective space
