Endof10 Linux Install Party

​Windows 10 is being deprecated on Oct 14th (https://endof10.org/) leaving many older but perfectly functional devices with no upgrade path. Fortunately, Linux provides support for most devices far into the future by a vibrant global community. Come to Studio 45 to get help or help others liberate their devices in an evening of fun celebrating device freedom.

​Bring anything: laptops, desktops, raspberry pis, android devices, and we will do our best to leave you with a working Linux installation!

​I'll be bringing a lenovo laptop and an old Pixel to demonstrate installations.

​We will also bring some compatible USB keys with preloaded ISOs, or that are empty if you want to flash your own.

​If there is enough interest in the event, we may order some pizzas.
