​For this edition, we're digging into the numbers behind the dishes and the bottles. What does it really take to be a successful, profitable hospitality business — and how does wine fit into this?

​Our panel brings three different perspectives — a seasoned Beverage Director, a General Manager, and a Chef/Owner with extensive experience in the Miami market.

​We'll be joined by:
