Hosted by The Pioneers of our Time, Investing in Regenerative Agriculture and Food Podcast, and Brugarol, this retreat is designed for people who care about land, food, capital, and long-term thinking, and who want the kind of conversations that are easier to have when there is room to slow down, share meals, and spend real time together.

Entrepreneurs, farmers, investors, and builders working in the regenerative space, anyone excited by the future of regenerative business who wants to be around people actively shaping it.
The experience:
Expect a warm, lively atmosphere with space for fresh ideas, honest exchange, and unexpected connections. Over the course of the gathering, guests will have the chance to meet remarkable people across regeneration, agriculture, and enterprise, while enjoying the energy of a beautiful setting and a social rhythm that feels generous, relaxed, and full of possibility.
The program encourages participation and collaboration among the participants. You’ll have the opportunity to co-create the program with fellow change makers, sharing your talents, and offering a session to the group. The retreat fosters a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone’s unique gifts and contributions are valued.
We will host immersive “deep dive” sessions, where we’ll explore topics like soil health, the regeneration of topsoil and current initiatives on the ground around Europe and beyond. Stef van Dongen will introduce you to the philosophy and purpose behind The Muga Valley Project, with The Home serving as its vibrant epicenter, and the current activities in forestry and agriculture.
Choose your accommodation:
Single room: private room, own space to retreat and recharge
Double room: shared room, ideal for couples or friends attending together
Dome tent: a unique stay under the stars, immersed in nature
Bring your own tent: pitch your own tent on-site for a closer connection to the land
Arrival / Departure Shuttle — important, please read
A shuttle between Figueres-Vilafant International train station and The Home is required and must be booked in advance. Figueres-Vilafant has high-speed connections from/to Girona and/or Barcelona Sants.
Fixed shuttle times:
Tuesday, 27th of October at 4PM(arrival)
Sunday, 1st of November at 11AM (departure)
Travel time is approximately 45 minutes.
Need a different time?
Shuttles outside the fixed times above are possible only between 08:00 and 13:00, upon request, subject to availability, and at an extra cost. Train tickets are not included and should be booked separately in advance via www.renfe.com.
