What You'll Learn

After spending the past 10 years in different, but related fields of voice pedagogy, manual therapy, acupuncture and now psychotherapy I have come to learn there is more that unites good practise than doesn’t. The ideas and concepts that seem to lead to the most meaningful change are not in what we do but how we are with our clients and patients. During this seminar, I will be leading us through what it means to think in a biopsychosocial way, so that we can be more helpful to those we work with.

About Stephen

Stephen is a published researcher and author and works as a body psychotherapist, providing an alternative way to treat functional voice problems. He works at the Voice Care Centre in North Devon and consults on cases of voicelessness online internationally.

He now splits his time between teaching Vocal Massage to clinicians and coaches across Europe, with his clinical work and ongoing research.
