Come move, breathe, and write your way through whatever you've been carrying. Flow & Write Thru It brings together somatic yoga and meditative journaling in one grounding session. Cj will guide us through gentle movement to get out of our heads and into our bodies, then let the words spill out onto the page from that softer place.
Bring a journal, wear something you can stretch in, and get ready to feel a little more like yourself by the time you leave.
