11.11 · World Frequency Day, live from Brooklyn

World Frequency Day, Wednesday, November 11, 2026. A full day of guests, practices and experiences exploring frequency, energy and vibration, live from Brooklyn.

Every November 11, at 11:11 in the morning and again at 11:11 at night, people everywhere stop and tune in together, through music, sound, mindfulness and community. World Frequency Day is a movement led by The Frequency School, amplified with Light Lab and Frequency Friday. This year our studio, Summit 68 in Brooklyn, is the NYC and East Coast hub.

Live from 10:30 AM ET until 11:30 PM ET. Come and go as you like, and stay for the 11:11s.

Can't make it to Brooklyn? We're streaming the whole day: watch live on YouTube.

Full run of show: 1111.frequencyfriday.nyc

Limited-spot experiences at the studio (aura photo + reading, the inHarmony bed, online yoga, a live painting raffle) will open for reservation soon.

Tuned in. Together.
