About Event

🎉Congratulations!🎉

Your team has been selected to enter the final round! We’re thrilled to invite you to present your project at our Super AI Agent Speaker Panel & Demo Day on August 25th at Stanford Research Park.

This is your exclusive ticket to connect with industry experts and fellow AI enthusiasts, providing a unique platform for you to showcase your skills and compete for top honors.

What to Expect:

  • Presentations: Showcase your project to an audience of experts, peers, and enthusiasts.

  • Awards Ceremony: Judges will evaluate presentations and announce the top 3 winners.

  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with industry professionals and fellow innovators.

Final Round Guidelines

We have a full program prepared for this event. Please see the schedule below. The final round of the hackathon begins at 2:30 PM. We recommend arriving early; if you’re here around 12 PM, our team can review with you one more time. The latest check-in time is 1:15pm.

Each finalist team will give a 4-min presentation: 3 min for the pitch and 1 min for the mandatory live demo, followed by 2 min of Q&A with the judges and audience. We recommend preparing a demo video as a backup in case your live demo encounters any issues. There will be a hard stop at 4 min.

After all presentations, the judges will deliberate and select the top 3 teams.

What to Include

Your team will present using a slide deck that clearly communicates the problem you're solving and the target user. You'll need to explain the value proposition, highlighting the impact and business value your project delivers. Provide a detailed explanation of the solution and how it addresses the problem. Additionally, cover the technical details, architecture, and tech stack—specify your model choice and any frameworks or tools used, and clearly label if you utilized Hugging Face or Groq.
For the live demo, bring your own device and make sure it’s ready to run unless it’s available online and can interact with on-site requests. Before the event, ensure your environment is set up and have all prompts ready in a document. Run a test at least once to save time during your live demo.

Here's the suggested time allocation for each required section:

  • Problem (30s)

  • Solution (30s)

  • Technical Architecture (1 min)

  • Demo (2 min)

Please submit your slide deck to octopus@nexa4ai.com by Friday, August 23, 12:00 PM (Noon) PST.

Workshop

We're hosting a workshop on Friday, August 23rd, from 4 to 5 PM PST to help you prepare for the showdown. We'll offer tips and feedback on your content and pitch. We strongly encourage you to use this opportunity to rehearse and perfect your presentation before you take it to the judge and a larger audience.

Important Notes:

  • You're welcome to invite friends; however, they must register through this Luma link as space is limited. They will be asked which team they are supporting in the registration form. Please note that tickets will be checked at the door.

  • If you have any special needs or if you’re unable to attend in person, please contact us as soon as possible at octopus@nexa4ai.com.

We’re excited to see your presentation and celebrate your achievements!

Best regards,
The Nexa AI Team
