About Event

Every Friday at Haus Lunch, one of our founders or leaders shares openly about how God is shaping their work and how He's shaping them as a person. We share the real, in-progress story, not the pitch-perfect version.

Stephanie Chen spent nearly 24 years leading product and design in Silicon Valley across Google, Palo Alto Networks, VMware, PayPal, and Cisco. Her leadership contributions include scaling and expending design systems at Google Search patterns library, creating and research mobile user experiences for Google Assistant (now Gemini), as well as dramatically elevating customer satisfaction for Palo Alto Networks Cloud Security by turning its NPS from -59 to +32.

In 2024, Stephanie transitioned into full-time ministry, social enterprise, and entrepreneurship. Following a divine appointment, she traveled to China to purchase a water well drilling rig and had it shipped to Uganda, trusting fully in God’s provision. Today, in partnership with Apostle Henry Byamukama, Faith Life Church in Uganda, they formed the Water-Link Lion of Judah organization, and successfully drilled 40+ water wells across Uganda, bringing clean water and life-saving resources to rural communities in need.

That same year, when a devastating fire destroyed a local TV station in Uganda, she supported the restoration of the station. In the following year, while Apostle Henry was running presidential election campaign. At his request to support operations and co-own the business, she helped sustain the daily operations of Gospel-centered BTM TV (Breakthrough Media) www.btm.ug during a critical season and continue to remain actively involved in its ongoing operational needs.

Through her nonprofit, Breakthrough Warriors Inc. (breakthroughwarriors.com), and Faith Life World LLC, Stephanie bridges Silicon Valley and global missions. She mobilizes believers through faith-driven events—such as hosting an afternoon tea movie screening in Los Altos for “God is Good” by Margaret Liu Collins—broadcasts Gospel-centered content on BTM TV, and raises awareness for clean water initiatives, while also creating sustainable economic impact by helping Ugandan coffee farmers bring their products to global markets.

Driven by a deep passion to integrate faith, innovation, and social impact, Stephanie leverages her expertise in AI, powerful faith testimony storytelling, and clean water initiatives to transform lives—using technology, media, and global partnerships to empower communities and expand God's Kingdom globally.
