✨ What’s DesignX Dinners?
DesignX Dinners is an intimate dinner series for designers, researchers, and design-adjacent seniors & leaders — usually held in Toronto.
Now, we’re excited to bring the experience to London 🇬🇧 — starting with a fintech-focused edition.
If you're building financial products or shaping the future of fintech through design, this is your space.
No stage, no speakers — just meaningful conversations over great food with people who get it.
🌀 How does it work?
You apply. We curate. You show up and have a great night. Simple as that.
A few days before the dinner, we’ll share the guest list and a private WhatsApp group to connect ahead of time.
💸 Is there a cost?
Yes — we ask for a $50 hold to confirm your seat.
If you attend, $45 will be refunded. The remaining $5 helps cover planning and operational costs.
This helps us reduce no-shows and continue organizing these small, meaningful gatherings.
📍 Where is it?
Right in central London, at one of our favorite cozy restaurants — a spot with good food and better vibes.
The exact location will be shared with confirmed attendees closer to the date.

🍽️ Who are these dinners for?
Design leaders and senior ICs working in fintech or adjacent roles. If you're building meaningful products in financial services, this dinner’s for you.
💵 How much does it cost?
Typically ~$50 to cover the cost of food. We don’t profit from this — it just helps us avoid no-shows and support great venues.
📍 Where do you host the dinners?
In central London — we’ll send details to confirmed guests a few days before.
👯 Can I bring a guest or friend?
Nope! We intentionally keep it small and curated. If your friend is interested, ask them to apply separately — we’d love to consider them for a future one.
📝 Will I know who's attending in advance?
Yes. We’ll send out a short attendee list and WhatsApp link a couple of days before, so you can break the ice ahead of time.
🥦 What if I have dietary restrictions?
We accommodate most dietary needs — just let us know in your application and we’ll make sure you're taken care of.
