You’ll hear a concise 25 minute talk from our guest speaker Alison Howard, a designer with 13 years of experience across different sectors with organisations such as HSBC, Trainline, and Expedia. Afterwards, we’ll open up the floor for a Q&A session.

Alison is a Service, UX and Product Design consultant with 13 years’ experience, including the past 10 as a freelancer. She partners with organisations like HSBC, Trainline, Expedia, BP Pulse and Emirates Airlines to solve complex challenges, leading projects from research through to final delivery to create meaningful results for both businesses and their customers.
