Masterclass for coaches - Both/And - The Practice of Polarity Thinking
# Both/And - The Practice of Polarity Thinking
Stability and change, autonomy and alignment, speed and quality. These are examples for polarities, tensions to manage rather than problems to fix.
In this master class, we will explore
* how to tell a problem from a polarity,
* use polarity mapping to make tensions visible and
* design conversations that hold and embrace those tensions.
Polarity thinking can help you lead a balanced personal life, align teams, or drive change initiatives in organisations. Coaches gain a tool for conversations stuck in either/or thinking, everyone else gains a way to reduce resistance from opposing values in their lives and environment.
NB: This workshop is highly interactive - please be prepared to work in small groups in Miro.
