​ABOUT THIS EVENT

​Sports and Capital Dinner is an invitation-only private dinner for sports investment funds, family offices, and PE principals, held in Madrid on the evening of the Formula 1 Grand Prix race day and the day before World Football Summit.

​The room is 30 to 40 guests. Every seat is individually reviewed. This is not a conference. There is no stage, no badge, no exhibition floor. It is a curated evening at Estadio Santiago Bernabéu where capital meets the club.

​Featuring: A moderated panel features three perspectives on sports M&A insights. Then, 4 to 5 global sports brands will present directly to the investor room. Facilitated introductions run throughout the evening.

• ​18:30: The Panel. One moderated conversation. Three speakers, an athlete investor, a deal principal, and a buy, sell, and finance advisor.

• ​19:00: Co-presenting sponsor presentations (Max 4 to 5). Five minutes to present, five minutes of Q&A from the investor room.

• ​20:00: Dessert. Networking. Parting gifts and close.

Co-Host, Velaris Co

​Jorge Rolis is a principal at Velaris Co, an M&A advisory firm active in sports and entertainment transactions. He brings a deal structuring and advisory perspective to the room.
