Location: Ashdale Gallery, North Vancouver
A Thursday evening ritual for women to gather inside a space shaped by art, movement, and meaningful connection.
Created in collaboration with Ashdale Gallery and supported by local organic kombucha partner Hoochy Booch, this series invites women to slow down, move their bodies, meet new people, and spend time in a space that feels inspiring, welcoming, and alive.
THE EXPERIENCE
6:00 PM — Arrival + Gallery Social
Guests arrive into a warm, curated atmosphere with ambient music, gallery immersion.
6:30 PM — Music-Led Yoga Flow
A 1-hour grounding and feel-good yoga practice.
Accessible, welcoming, and community-centered.
7:30 PM — With Hoochy Booch Social Hour
The evening continues with an open social experience inside the gallery featuring:
• Organic kombucha bar by Hoochy Booch
• DJ / curated music set
• Open connection, dance and conversation
No pressure. No networking agenda.
Just women gathering in a beautiful space.
MEET HADIS KIANI
I would love to bring a Creative Flow experience to the space — a somatic, slow-flow journey that is accessible for all levels, weaving breath, intentional movement, and presence. Each session can carry its own gentle intention that connects the body to the artistic energy of the gallery. I’ll also curate a music journey that complements the mood and theme of each class beautifully.
