L’European Community Capital Landscape (ECCL) è l’osservatorio europeo realizzato da Over Ventures, che analizza l’evoluzione del community capital: equity crowdfunding, strumenti ibridi, sindacati di investimento, secondaries e tutte le forme emergenti di partecipazione diffusa al finanziamento delle imprese.
Nato come European Equity Crowdfunding Landscape, l’osservatorio evolve nella versione 2025 per includere il ruolo crescente delle community di piccoli investitori retail nell’accesso al capitale. La nuova edizione offre una lettura sintetica ma completa dei dati consolidati dell’anno, dei trend settoriali e dell’evoluzione normativa europea.
I parziali diffusi nel Q3 2025 confermano la crescita del mercato con una forte concentrazione degli investimenti nei settori AI, climate tech, foodtech e health/lifescience, che insieme rappresentano più del 40% dei capitali raccolti. L’ECCL integra questi dati con l’analisi delle performance post-raccolta, dei casi di exit e dei primi movimenti significativi nel mercato secondario.
Nel 2025 l’osservatorio ha avviato un roadshow europeo con tappe a Barcellona, Berlino, Milano e Parigi, coinvolgendo piattaforme ECSP, VC, founder e stakeholder istituzionali.
Il format verrà replicato nel 2026: l’iniziativa organizzata da Italian Tech Alliance e Over Ventures, ospitata da Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini presso Milano Luiss Hub, Over Ventures a Milano il 19 febbraio, ne costituirà l’avvio ufficiale e aprirà il calendario delle iniziative europee dedicate al community capital.

The European Community Capital Landscape (ECCL) is a pan-European observatory developed by Over Ventures, focused on tracking and analyzing the evolution of community-driven capital markets, including equity crowdfunding, hybrid financing instruments, investment syndicates, secondaries, and other emerging models of distributed access to growth capital.
Originally launched as the European Equity Crowdfunding Landscape, the initiative evolves in its 2025 edition to capture the increasing relevance of retail investor communities within the broader private capital ecosystem. The report delivers a clear, data-driven snapshot of annual market dynamics, sectoral allocation, and key regulatory developments across Europe.
Preliminary Q3 2025 data confirm sustained market expansion, with capital deployment highly concentrated in AI, climate tech, foodtech, and health/life sciences, collectively accounting for over 40% of total volumes raised. The ECCL further integrates analysis on post-funding performance, exit activity, and the early emergence of secondary market liquidity.
In 2025, the observatory launched a European roadshow across Barcelona, Berlin, Milan, and Paris, engaging ECSPs, venture capital funds, founders, and institutional stakeholders. The format will continue in 2026, with the Milan event on February 19, jointly organized by Italian Tech Alliance and Over Ventures, hosted by Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini at Milano Luiss Hub, serving as the official kickoff and opening the calendar of European initiatives dedicated to community capital.
