Cookbook Club: Polina Chesnakova's Chesnok

​At last, it's time for round 2 of Cookbook Club! This time, in partnership with East Bay Booksellers’ Thu Doan, we’ll be cooking from Chesnok: Cooking from My Corner of the Diaspora: Recipes from Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia, by Polina Chesnakova, published by local publisher Hardie Grant.

​We'll create a sign-up sheet for participants to take on a recipe or two from the book, then gather for a potluck to share what we've all made. We will be joined by Jenny Wapner, a legendary cookbook editor, and currently the publisher of Hardie Grant, who worked with Polina on creating this beautiful book.
