Elisabeth helps leaders and individuals enhance self-awareness and leadership skills, navigate transitions, and find purpose in their lives, with a special focus on supporting new moms returning to work. Her clients experience increased fulfillment, sustainable paths forward, and deeper self-trust through her guidance. Elisabeth emphasizes the importance of listening to ourselves and others without judgment to foster connection and acceptance.
With 15 years of experience in marketing, project management, and entrepreneurship, Elisabeth has co-founded a non-profit, worked in marketing for a Fortune 500 company, and managed programs in a consultancy. As a Certified Professional Coach with inviteCHANGE and credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she works globally from Porto.
