Spicy Heels Dance Class

​From the creator of Dance Like You Are In A Dark Romance, Shelby is a spicy dance instructor who teaches heels dance, chair dancing and pole dance.

​If you are looking to empower and reclaim your sensaulity, come and join Shelby and the other wonderful women you will be dancing with.

​This is a begginer friendly choreographed heels style dance class. If you have dance heels then bring them. If you don't have heels that is fine !

​Knee pads are required (volleyball knee pads are great).

​Dance heels with ankle support are welcome but not required.

​Bring layers of clothing like socks, leggings, shorts/hot pants, tshirt with shoulder and back coverage, sports bra, sexy outfit. Depending on the choreo, there will be certain moves that will be made easier if you can slide.

​$35 to for an into class on August 6

​$120 for a 4 week session

​Community, friendship, integrity, vulnerability and support are all important parts of these classes and the community that Shelby is creating.

​Shelby is not only a dance instructor, she is also a Women's Empowerment and Emotional Intimacy Coach and Reiki Master.
