🥂 THE SETUP
Single men and women, around 30-40, all equally nervous and pretending not to be. (Slightly outside the range? Don't overthink it.)
7 minutes per date, then you rotate. ⏱️ Long enough to feel a spark, short enough to escape a 40-minute monologue about someone's ex. (Forget the classic speed dating with tables packed like sardines. Here, privacy is part of the charm.)
Icebreakers ranging from genuinely interesting to delightfully ridiculous.
A charming, old-fashioned Lisbon venue with warm lighting, vintage vibes and private corners (no… not that kind).
At the end, you choose privately who you'd like to see again. We only share mutual matches. No awkward rejections, no public humiliation. We are adults. Mostly.
💸 CONTRIBUTION
€5 per person + One drink at the venue
Cocktail, coffee, beer, wine, your call. Dating shouldn't require a second mortgage. 😉

Getting there: easy by metro, with connections from Entrecampos, Roma, Arroios, Campo Pequeno and beyond. 🚇
Finding us: see the venue's name? Wrong side! Head downhill, follow the colourful mural 🎨 around to the opposite side, and look for us waiting outside. We'll welcome you, explain how it works, and go in together.
Cash only: the venue doesn't take cards, so bring cash for your drinks. 💶

👋 WHO WE ARE
We're Questionable Chemistry: two friends in Lisbon who got tired of swiping and decided to make dating a little more human (and a lot more entertaining).
Here's what we've learned: nothing great happens in your comfort zone. It's cosy, sure, but the good stuff lives a few steps outside of it. Like sitting across from a stranger for eight minutes. Terrifying? A little. Worth it? Usually.
No algorithms, no pressure, just good company, a lovely venue and a few questionable decisions along the way. We'll be there from the first welcome to the last round, and if things get awkward, we'll own it first.
