​Session 2: Curate Your Circle: Relationships Don't Maintain Themselves
Moves from concept to practice. Participants assess their existing relationships using tools like the Circle Audit, evaluating durability, depth, and mutuality rather than frequency-- a twice-a-year friend who knows your soul outranks a daily texter who stays surface-level.

​Session 3: Grounds the material in lived experience, incorporating real participant quotes and a participant-sourced inner circle model, closing the course with tactical tools participants can act on immediately.
