​On Thursday, 12 November, we will open our doors and welcome you to our Meaningful Conversations. Together, we will explore current themes and look at what is needed from different disciplinary perspectives and points of view, so that you can put what you have learned into practice the very next day.

​Meaningful Conversations is a concept developed by soul.com. It is a way of engaging in dialogue that helps build trust and creates an environment in which every voice can be heard. It also encourages action: the insights you gain through these conversations naturally translate into action the very next day.

​Meaningful Conversations are part of our two-day course, Soul-Driven Leadership I: Trust. This course focuses on developing a new language for thinking and talking about transforming organisations into communities.
