Day of Clarity
Day of Clarity is a free monthly practice that creates the conditions for clarity through presence, reflection, and connection with nature.
Throughout the day, from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, we'll share a menu of optional prompts, reflections, and activity ideas to help structure the experience. Think of them as invitations rather than instructions.
Grounded in the principles of:
• Rest as strategy
• Nature as teacher
• Curiosity over certainty
• Self-determination
• Exploration over performance
Spend time in nature, journal, read, play, create, connect with someone you care about, rest, follow your curiosity or joy, or simply pause and notice what's present. Whether you spend five minutes or five hours, the day is yours to shape.
We offer three optional Zoom gatherings for those who would like to connect, reflect with others and deepen thier practice.
Morning Gathering = 10:00–10:30 AM
Midday Gathering = 2:00–2:30 PM
Closing Circle = 6:00–6:30 PM
Day of Clarity is a practice in cultivating presence.
What if clarity doesn't come from doing more?
What if it comes from pausing long enough to hear what matters?
